Schedule –

8:00 a.m. (PST) – 8:45 a.m. – Sponsor Load In on the Course

Golf cart will be provided to reach your pre-assigned hole.

 

8:00 a.m. (PST) – Registration opens (clubhouse) – Parking is Free

Breakfast and Coffee will be available for golfers and sponsors upon arrival

You may also join us at the Trackman Driving Range for some simulation practice games before the tournament begins.

 

9:00 a.m. (PT) – Shotgun start – Best Ball format

Lunch will be provided on the course

2:00 ish – Tournament play will be ending

 

Awards will be hosted at the CAMPAC Reception @ Terranea Resort

4:45 – 6:00 p.m. - Palos Verdes Ballroom #1 – 4th floor

Hosted cocktails and appetizers will be provided.

 

Hole Assignments –

All sponsors will be assigned a hole based on their sponsorship level.  We will provide a popup tent for shade, a 6-8 ft table and 2 chairs, you must request this in advance to be guaranteed this set up

We suggest you add something fun to your hole to make the tournament livelier.  Suggestions are a spinning wheel with prizes, a fun giveaway, step and repeat for pictures or a themed photo booth with props. We will host holes with both beverages and snacks. 

Food / Beverage Orders –

If you are interested in hosting food or alcohol items at your hole, these will need to be secured through the course, additional details and cost will be provided. 

Deadline to submit your plans for your hole sponsorship is July 20th.

Onsite Staff, Not Golfers –

If you intend to have staff onsite that will not be golfing, please let [email protected] know so that we can account for them in advance for lunch and such.  There is no additional registration needed for staff. 

Branded items –

All sponsors are invited to provide an item for golfers.   However, we will not have an official goodie bag this year.  These items will be placed at your assigned hole for golfers to take as they play.   

If you would like to provide an item, please email [email protected] with the item description.  We are requesting 120 items.  In past years we have had items such as Ball Brush, Cooling Towel, Ball Maker, sunscreen, sleeve of balls, hand sanitizer, etc.

If you have shipping needs, please find the attachment with details on shipping to the advance warehouse.  If you intend to ship items back after the event, please reach out to [email protected] for additional information. 

These items will be brought to Terranea and will be delivered to the golf course by my staff.  If you do not ship to the advance warehouse your item will not make it to the course by our team.

Golfer Assignments -

If you have not already supplied the name of your golfers, please email [email protected] with Name, Company Name, Title and Email Address

DEADLINE: August 3rd to provide golfer contact information.

Additional Golfer Passes for Purchase –

We still have both foursome and individual golfer spots available.  Please go online to secure your team’s place on the course today!  Advance registration is encouraged.
