Q: Can I register on-site?
👉 Onsite registration can be purchased at the registration desk the day of the conference.
👉 Check-in opens on December 8th at 8:00 a.m.
Q: Can I register my team together?
👉 Yes! Group registration is available. Each attendee must be added individually, but you can pay on one invoice.
Q: Do I need a badge to attend sessions?
👉 Yes. A badge and paid registration are required for all conference sessions and Networking Hall activities.
Q: Is there a dress code for the event?
👉 Dress is business casual or casual.
Q: What is included in the registration fee?
👉 Enjoy hot breakfast and lunch on both conference days.
👉 Entrance into all sessions.
👉 Entry into the Networking Reception and After-Hours Networking event on December 8th.
Q: Where do I check-in at the conference?
👉 Utilize a quick and easy self-check-in process by printing your name badge upon arrival. And not to worry…we’ll have staff on hand to greet you and assist with this process.
👉 Check-in opens on December 8th at 8:00 a.m.
👉 It is suggested that each attendee print their own badge or if one individual is printing for a group, please make arrangements to collect from that individual.
👉 There will be a charge for replacement badges. Please wear your name badge at all times to gain access to the Sessions, and the Networking Reception.
Q: I’m a speaker—do I need to register?
👉 Speakers are complimentary. Once you complete your bio and headshot form, our staff will register you automatically.

👉 We have an outstanding lineup, including Sanford Shatz, Mitch Kider, Maria Moskver, Robert Finlay, and more. Topics include legal ethics, AI in mortgage, state enforcement trends, and compliance hot topics to name a few.

Q: What time does registration open?
👉 Registration opens at 8:00 AM on Monday, December 8 at the Registration Desk.
Q: When is the keynote lunch?
👉 The keynote lunch is on Monday, December 8, from 12:00 – 1:15 PM in Salon FGH.
Q: Are there networking opportunities?
👉 Yes! The Networking Hall is open throughout the event. Don’t miss the Networking Reception on Monday, 4:00 – 6:00 PM and Late-Night Happy Hour from 8:00 – 10:00 PM on the Pool Deck.

Q: Will there be free Wi-Fi?
👉 There is no free conference Wi-Fi. Discounted access is available from the venue for $8 per connection, or you may bring your own hotspot.
Q: Is the event accessible?
👉 Yes, the venue is fully ADA accessible. Please let staff know if you need additional assistance.
Q: Is parking available?
👉 Yes, discounted parking is available with a sticker provided by the California MBA, request this at the registration desk.

All meetings in the Networking Hall REQUIRE a badge and paid attendee registration.

Event confirmations or invoices can be requested in writing to [email protected].
In the event that government regulations, social distancing, or any other act of God make it impossible to hold an in-person conference, the 2025 Legal Issues and Regulatory Conference will not take place. Registration fees paid will automatically be applied to the 2026 Legal Issues and Regulatory Conference. In the event that California MBA cancels the conference, full refunds may be requested, in writing. If an attendee chooses to cancel of their own accord, requests must be made in writing and submitted by October 16, 2025 to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after October 16, 2025. All refunds must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected].
All refunds will exclude the original processing fees.
