2025 Future Leader

The California MBA Future Leaders Program is an immersive and transformative experience that equips aspiring mortgage banking professionals with the necessary tools to succeed. Candidates will benefit from exclusive mentorship and guidance from industry experts in a variety of functional areas, such as Licensing, IT Infrastructure, Origination Strategies and Structures, Marketing, Capital Markets Execution, Compliance & Legal, DE&I Initiatives, Affordable Housing, and Servicing. Not only will program participants develop the skills to become the next generation of mortgage bankers, but their strategic and tactical solutions to contemporary challenges will bring immediate wins to their firms. Moreover, participants will have access to a range of California MBA events and webinars, increasing their knowledge and skills, as well as their networks. Upon completion, they will have created a comprehensive final project, and be equipped with the skills and resources to become true leaders in their companies.

Program members will attend several of the California MBA’s events during the year and are invited to attend all California MBA events, on a complimentary basis (conference registration waived - Valued at over $2,000), for the year in which they participate. Included at each of the events are opportunities to attend business sessions and networking functions. Additionally, the California MBA will host an exclusive event for the program members at several of the events listed below.
