All meetings in sponsored assigned meeting rooms and in the Networking Hall REQUIRE a badge and paid attendee registration.

Speakers Registration

Speakers will receive an invitation email to speak.  The invitation will have a link to fill out to provide their headshot and bio.  Speakers are complimentary.  Once their form is received, they will be registered by California MBA staff and receive a confirmation email with details on how to set up their room reservations.  Rooms are secured at the speakers’ cost.  

More details will be forthcoming in regard to session prep, check-in and session times & dates. 

Sponsor Attendee List

Sponsors will be given the full attendee list 30 days prior to the event (July 31st), weekly on Thursdays after that and one final list  about a week after the conference.

Hotel Wifi, Monitor Rental and other items

There will not be a hosted conference WIFI in the conference area.  If you wish to have internet access, you will need to reach out to ENCORE or provide your own hotspot.

If you wish to add rental monitors or other equipment to decorate your meeting rooms or networking tables, you will need to reach out to ENCORE.  You may secure these, at your own cost. 

We now offer GROUP REGISTRATION!

We are excited to offer group registration, you will still need to register each member of your group individually but can now do so all from one account and pay for all on one invoice.  Please read the following points carefully to optimize your registration experience.

You will be asked to update contact information for each attendee, please have name, title, email and mobile number (mobile number is not required but recommended)

You do not need to attend the event to set up a group registration.

Company Logo

You will be sent a link 30 days prior to the event, to update your company profile on our new mobile app, Whova.  If you have not used this platform before you will need to set up an account to access.  We will be sending out additional information on how to best feature your company.  We are very excited to offer this new way to feature all of our sponsors.  If you have additional questions, please contact [email protected] 

Exhibitor Move - In and Move - Out Times

All meeting rooms and the networking hall are open for the duration of the conference.

 

Platinum Sponsors may secure a meeting room.

  • Meeting rooms are open for the duration of the conference.
  • You may host, at your expense, food & beverages in your private meeting room.
  • Dianne, with the Aria, will be your F/B contact and will reach out to you with menu options, to discuss room set up and deadlines for submissions.  If you have not been contacted by July 10th please let me know and I will assist you with connecting with her.

Branded Item for Conference Bag

  • This year we are NOT offering a conference bag. 
  • We will have space available for your organization to provide a branded item, that attendees can choose to pick up, at a table located near the registration table.
  • We are asking for ONLY 150 items
  • Pleae submit your item in advance to [email protected] so we do not have duplicate items.  

All other sponsors may request a reserved 6 ft Networking table with two chairs in the Networking Hall per your contracted sponsor level. 

  • You will be able to make your table selection 30 days in advance of the event.
    • Table numbers will not be assigned.  The Networking Hall is located just outside of the general session room.
  • Use this space to set meetings and reference the Networking Hall when sharing your meeting location.
  • This is a flexible networking space; you will not be required to stay in this location throughout the conference. 
  • We highly encourage you to add a custom tablecloth, table signage, flyers or give away items.
    • You may also bring a popup banner to place behind your table...this is encouraged to add some seperation from the other sponsor networking tables around you.

NO ADVANCE WAREHOUSE THIS YEAR

All shipments will need to be sent directly to the ARIA Hotel and addressed to your onsite team member.
