A San Diego native, Mr. Charfauros brings extensive finance experience, adaptive business strategy, capital markets and leadership to his commercial real estate projects. Prior to opening the San Diego office, Mr. Charfauros lived and worked for over 13 years in Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley and the Temecula Valley and has intimate knowledge of the greater Southern California market.
Mr. Charfauros is a member of the Structured Finance team at Slatt Capital and brings his extensive knowledge of finance and capital markets to his investor/developer clients. He is an expert in financial proforma modelling and analysis, and works intimately with his value-add investor and developer clients to optimize financial efficiency in the structuring of their investments.
Additionally, Mr. Charfauros advises on land-use, entitlements and market analysis for multifamily, mixed-use and special-use developments. He is experienced in retail, (medical) office, industrial/flex, multifamily and self-storage, and is active in over 13 states including California, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina and Florida. He currently serves on his area's community planning group.

Gary Bechtel serves as Chief Executive Officer of Red Oak Capital Holdings and Oak Real Estate Partners (the Companies), where he leads the investment management leadership teams with direct oversight of all portfolios and lending strategies. Prior to joining the Companies in 2020, Bechtel served as President of Money360 and was instrumental in helping to grow it to over $1.8B in closed loans and $850 of AUM in under five years, as well as serving on its Credit Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to joining Money360, he was Chief Lending/Originations Officer at CU Business Partners. Bechtel began his career with the Alison Company in 1986 and over the past thirty-six years has been involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate finance industry, as a lender and an intermediary, including the origination, underwriting, structuring, placement and closing of more than $10 billion in commercial debt transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $250 million.

For over 25 years, Peter has led commercial PACE and CMBS originations teams situated nationwide and oversaw administration of the California Enterprise Development Authority's PACE program for seven years. Prior to joining PLG, he spearheaded over $5 billion in CRE structured financing for PACE Equity, Dividend Finance, and Bridger Commercial Funding.
Peter holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Haverford College. He is a California licensed real estate broker. Peter is also President of Gift of Adoption's California Chapter, which funds grants to families with financial shortfalls that otherwise prevent them from completing adoptions.

Bobby received his Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from UCLA. Bobby is a member of the Board of Advisors for UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital and is actively involved with Chai Lifeline West Coast. Bobby is an avid Dodger fan and resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.

Prior to joining Fidelity, John was SVP of Commercial Real Estate Baking at Banc of California for 5-years and held the position of Executive Director/Senior Loan Consultant, for JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial Term Lending Division for over 10 years. John also held several Senior Management positions in Loan Servicing for over a decade with Washington Mutual Bank and Home Savings of America and was also involved in selling and securitizing thousands of SFR and Commercial loan portfolios.
John received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, at San Diego State University and has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1993. He is active in his community and served on the Board of Directors of Habit for Humanity for 12 years and is currently an Assistant Scout Master, for the Boy Scouts of America. John is married with three teenagers and lives in Westlake Village, CA.

He is a founding principal of Curtis-Rosenthal, Inc., a commercial real estate appraisal firm with over 200 years of collective appraisal experience among its team of professionals. Mr. Rosenthal has testified as an expert witness in the Federal, Municipal and Civil Court Systems. Prior to founding Curtis-Rosenthal, Inc., Mr. Rosenthal was a corporate lending officer at Security Pacific National Bank.
He has an MBA in finance and accounting from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS in business/finance from the University of Florida. Mr. Rosenthal has lectured on real estate valuation at UCLA and Loyola Marymount University and he is a frequent panelist and public speaker.
