Where can I buy a ticket on-site?
Onsite registration can be purchased at the registration desk.
All meetings in sponsor assigned meeting rooms and in the Networking Lounge REQUIRE a badge and paid attendee registration.
What is included in the registration fee?
Enjoy hot continental breakfasts (September 4th at 7:30 am & September 5th at 8:00 am).
Lunch will be provided at the Keynote Luncheon Presentation, September 4th at noon in the Mariposa Ballroom.
Welcoming Reception is for all registered attendees.
Where do I self-check in at the conference?
Utilize a quick and easy self-check-in process by printing your name badge upon arrival. And not to worry…we’ll have staff on hand to greet you and assist with this process.
Check-in opens on Wednesday, September 3rd at 2:00 p.m. at the East Convention Center.
It is suggested that each attendee print their own badge or if one individual is printing for a group, please make arrangements to collect from that individual.
There will be a charge for replacement badges.
Please wear your name badge at all times to gain access to the sessions, receptions and the All Attendee Party!
Second day check-in, September 4th at 7:30 a.m. at the East Convention Center.

Is there a dress code for the event?
Dress is business casual or casual.
Event App & Invitation Code:
The event mobile app Whova download and Invitation Code will be emailed to all attendees two weeks before the conference date.

Can I cancel my registration?
Please contact [email protected] for additional information or questions about the registration process. In addition, if a sponsor company is unable to occupy, and use the contracted table / meeting space, California MBA must be notified in writing ASAP.

In the event that government regulations, social distancing, or any other act of God make it impossible to hold an in-person conference, the 2025 Western States CREF Conference will not take place. Registration and Sponsorship fees paid will automatically be applied to the 2026 Western States CREF Conference, also to be held at the ARIA Resort & Casino. In the event that California MBA cancels the conference, full refunds may be requested, in writing. If an attendee or sponsor chooses to cancel of their own accord, requests must be made in writing and submitted by July 17, 2025 to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after July 17, 2025. All refunds will exclude the original processing fees.
In addition, if a sponsor company is unable to occupy, and use the contracted table / meeting space, California MBA must be notified in writing ASAP.
