Prior to joining Permanent Capital Ventures, Wenz served in both operating and investing roles with an enterprise software focus. He was an Associate at Emergence Capital where he invested in Series A and B enterprise software companies. He most recently worked in Business Operations at Regal, which is a fast-growing SaaS company that raised over $60 million from Emergence, Homebrew, and Founder Collective. Prior to joining Emergence, Wenz was an Associate at Bullpen Capital. Wenz also spent time on the Special Projects team at Cloudflare and was Co-Chair of the Emerging VC Association (EVCA).

Throughout his career, Rudy has collaborated closely with banks, hedge funds, asset managers, private equity firms, private lenders, GSEs, and rating agencies, consistently driving operational performance improvements and effectively mitigating risk through tech-enabled strategies.
Before joining Consolidated Analytics, Rudy was the U.S. Sales Head at Wipro’s mortgage solutions division after Wipro acquired Opus Capital Markets Consultants (Opus CMC), a company Rudy co-founded and scaled into an industry leader.
