All meetings in sponsored assigned meeting rooms and in the Networking Hall REQUIRE a badge and paid attendee registration.

Speakers Registration

Speakers will receive an invitation email to speak.  The invitation will have a link to fill out to provide their headshot and bio.  Speakers are complimentary and will be offered a room at Terranea Resort.  Once their form is received, they will be registered and receive a confirmation email with details on how to set up their room reservations.  Rooms are secured at the speakers’ cost.  

More details will be forthcoming in regard to session prep, check-in and session time & date.  

Sponsor Attendee List

Sponsors will be given the full attendee list 30 days prior to the event (July 10th), weekly on Thursdays after that and one final list after the conference.

Hotel Wifi, Monitor Rental and other items

There will not be free WIFI in the conference area.  If you wish to have internet access, you will need to reach out to the venue or provide your own hotspot.

We also do not have access to rental monitors or other equipment to decorate your meeting rooms or networking tables.  You may secure these, at your own cost, from outside vendors or the hotel directly. 

We now offer GROUP REGISTRATION!

We are excited to offer group registration, you will still need to register each member of your group individually but can now do so all from one account and pay for all on one invoice.  Please read the following points carefully to optimize your registration experience.

You will be asked to update contact information for each attendee, please have name, title, email and mobile number (mobile number is not required but recommended)

You do not need to attend the event to set up a group registration.

Company Logo

You will be sent a link 30 days prior to the event, to update your company profile on our new mobile app, Whova.  If you have not used this platform before you will need to set up an account to access.  We will be sending out additional information on how to best feature your company.  We are very excited to offer this new way to feature all of our sponsors.  If you have additional questions, please contact [email protected]

All meeting rooms and the networking hall are open for the duration of the conference.

Platinum Sponsors may secure a meeting room

  • Cleo will be your F/B and main hotel contact, she will reach out to you with menu options, furniture rental and deadlines. 
  • You will need to work with Cleo to set up the layout for your meeting room, including ordering tables and chairs.
  • You may host, at your expense, food & beverages in your private meeting room through the hotel venue. 
  • All requests with the hotel MUST be set up in advance.

Branded Item for Conference Bag

Each sponsor has the opportunity to add a branded item to the conference bag offered to a limited number of attendees, while supplies last.  Beach theme items are encouraged but other items could be included such as business tools, tech items, and phone accessories.  I am happy to suggest different branded items and provide different cost levels, upon request.  You must submit your item idea to [email protected] so that we do not have multiples of the same items.  Items are secured in the order they are submitted. Deadline for shipping 350 items will be Monday, Aug 14, 2023, if not received before the conference we do not guarantee it will make it into the conference bag.

All other sponsors may request a reserved networking table located in the Networking Hall.

  • Networking Hall is just outside of the general session room, in the prefunction hall on level 4.
  • A table will be reserved (no number will be assigned but a table tent with company name will be provided upon arrival)
    • This is a flexible networking space; you will not be required to stay in this location throughout the conference. 
  • Use this space to set meetings and reference the Networking Hall when sharing your meeting location.
  • This table will be approximately a draped 60” round table with up to 6 chairs.
  • We highly encourage you to add a custom tablecloth, table signage, flyers or give away items.
